The Funkin’ Machine is another rising star in the contemporary Neapolitan and the wider Italian disco scenes. The band presents a different taste of Italian grooves far from the Synthwave often mislabeled as Italo Disco. The Funkin’ Machine delivers an authentic swell of warm, brilliant funky sounds filled with the hot mediterranean unmistakable groove of Naples.

Formed in the 2020 by Vocalist and Keyboard Wizard, Andres Balbucea with guitarist Ales-sio Pignorio, drummer Andrea De Fazio, bassist Roberto Porzio and Paolo Bianconcini rounding out the rhythm section on an array of percussive elements. Though household names in their native country, DJs and funk fans around the world may recognize their con-tributions on albums from fellow Italians such as Mystic Jungle, Parbleu, CH.OP, Bassoli-na, Pelligrino & Zodyaco, Danger Boys and even Nu Genea.
